The Subcommittee on Ancillary Businesses provides a forum for addressing public policy matters related to the wide range of ancillary products and services utilized by licensed cannabis businesses in Colorado. This group is tasked with identifying, discussing, and developing policy solutions to issues that cut across all industry interests, such as testing, transportation, compliance technology, and collections, among other subjects.

The Subcommittee on Cultivation provides a focused space for addressing the regulatory, operational, environmental, and quality-related challenges that impact licensed cannabis cultivators in Colorado. Through collaboration, informed discussion, and proactive policy engagement, this group works to develop practical solutions that promote sustainable growth, innovation, and compliance in the cultivation sector.

This group identifies key regulatory, operational, and market issues impacting manufacturers, and it plays a pivotal role in shaping policy debates and developing innovative and practical solutions that can be elevated to the Policy Committee and shared with the wider Colorado Leads community.

It informs the work of the Policy Committee, helps shape policy discussions, and brings critical issues to the attention of the broader Colorado Leads community.
