Legal Cannabis Credited for Drop in Drug Testing
Are pre-employment drug screenings falling out of favor?
According to a recent report from Bloomberg News, some companies have been forced to change their stance on screenings in the wake of an ever-tightening job market and cannabis legalization. The report cites a survey of employers in Colorado that shows the number of companies testing for marijuana fell to 66 percent, down from 77 percent the year before. And it says all signs point toward that trend continuing.
