Joe Neguse, Democratic candidate for Colorado’s 2^nd Congressional District, talked to members of Colorado Leads about how successful Colorado has been in implementing effective and responsible cannabis regulations.  Neguse said he is committed to protecting the regulated industry and supports reforming 280E so it no longer applies to marijuana businesses operating in accordance with state and local laws.
